Hello. I'm LVCIVS-IV.filmmaker/designer
Design has always been how I make sense of the world and help others do the same. Over 10 years of working across visual design, art direction and UX, I’ve learned that the most effective work happens when storytelling drives every decision. I build with accessibility at the core, because I genuinely believe good design belongs to everyone. sit back, take a trip, and experience the experience
The Virtual Art Gallery app was created to remove the time and travel barriers that prevent busy professionals from engaging with art in person. Grounded in user interviews, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, the experience allows users to explore artists’ work, access detailed bios, and purchase pieces seamlessly from anywhere. Designed with clarity, accessibility, and intuitive navigation in mind, the platform blends immersive visuals with a streamlined checkout process. This project reflects a thoughtful, research-driven approach to creating meaningful digital access to the gallery experience while reimagining how art can live within everyday life.
This responsive e-commerce experience was designed to fill a gap in the cycling market where riders seeking custom handmade frames and high-end components often face limited and impersonal options. Through user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, I created a streamlined platform that balances performance focused shopping with a strong sense of community. The result is a clean and intuitive website that simplifies customization, improves product clarity, and connects competitive and enthusiast cyclists to the tools they need to perform at their highest level.
Education Should Be a Right, Not a Privilege is a responsive web platform created to make free educational resources accessible to all. Informed by user research and usability testing, the project addresses cluttered layouts, weak search tools, and privacy concerns by focusing on clarity, intuitive navigation, and seamless cross device access, delivering a streamlined experience that removes barriers and supports lifelong learning.
My graphic design work spans publishing, film, art, and brand identity. From romance novel covers and cinematic pitch decks to exhibition materials, educational campaigns, and logos for local businesses, each project merges concept with clarity. I build cohesive visual systems through bold typography, strong imagery, and thoughtful layout, creating work that communicates tone instantly and leaves a distinct, lasting impression.
My life experiences have taken me on many journeys, shaping me into a multidisciplinary storyteller, visual designer, and emerging UX designer. As a filmmaker and photographer, I explore the human experience through evocative imagery and narrative. I am excited to apply these skills to create thoughtful, intuitive work that makes the world more manageable. Based in Washington State, I find inspiration in daily life, nature, and the human experience.
